This notice explains what the VO2 Max onboarding map collects, why ORBITxi needs it and the choices available to Graham.
Who is responsible
ORBITxi is responsible for this discovery experience. Privacy questions and written requests can be sent to hq@orbitxi.com. The exact legal and registered-address wording must be confirmed before public deployment.
What is collected
The form collects business context, contact details, service and schedule rules, channel-access status, policies and onboarding notes. Do not enter passwords, banking details, identity documents or other sensitive credentials.
Why it is used
The information is used to prepare and operate the requested VO2 Max Phase 1, confirm dependencies and discuss remaining onboarding decisions. Submission does not create an order or subscribe the contact to unrelated marketing.
Storage and access
An unsubmitted draft stays in this browser for up to 30 days. A submitted map is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Authorised ORBITxi operators retrieve it through a secured review workflow after deployment.
Retention
Browser drafts expire after 30 days. Submitted onboarding records are reviewed at 12 months and deleted or de-identified when no longer required for the engagement, legal obligations or legitimate records.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion where permitted, objection or withdrawal of consent. ORBITxi will verify identity before disclosing or deleting information.
