Commercial authority
The interactive estimate is educational and non-binding. The dated VO2 Max manual recommendation supersedes calculator scenarios. A final signed scope and service agreement supersedes both.
Payment and billing
No payment link is active on this site. The R990 setup payment may be issued only after VAT treatment and final commercial approval are confirmed. R850 platform billing starts at go-live. R500 WhatsApp billing starts at activation.
Change control
Additional barbers, complex calendars, custom integrations, large migration, gym automation, inventory systems, ongoing management and new workflows require written scope and pricing before work begins.
Provider movement
AI, Meta, carrier and channel costs can change. Usage and provider terms are confirmed before activation and billed separately where applicable.
No guaranteed result
ORBITxi will prepare, test and hand over the agreed operating system. It does not guarantee sales, bookings, revenue or uninterrupted third-party platform availability.
Thirty-day boundary
The first 30 days after handover cover correction of defects in the agreed launched scope. They are not a free implementation period or an unlimited new-feature allowance.
